Happened to me a few times. I have items & Ships merged into station panel, and without relising it, when I drag my cargo over, I dump them on a ship. Check all ships cargo, and pray you did not trash that shuttle that carries a t2 bpo by accident...

So if one builds a carrier in high sec, he may simply assign his drones to a noobship player who attacks haulers and if concord comes, bingo, the carrier recalls its drones and concord blow the noobship up. Yes, this is a very serious development...
